The Healers Café

Hi, it's Manon Bolliger (facilitator and retired naturopath with 30+ years of practice) and I want to welcome you to the Healers Cafe. I am so excited to be doing this series of interviews and what I'll be doing is, is asking all kinds of healthcare practitioners, doctors, healers of all types, to really share with all of you their experience, why they became healers, what called them what they think about this being a healer thing. Is it, a thing? Who's really healing in this, what they've experienced from their their interaction with clients and patients and what the takeaways and understanding of what the process of healing is all about and the process of life. So that's the essence of what I'm doing. I'm hoping that this will serve also for patients that have issues and are looking for different ways of approaching it. * De-Registered, revoked & retired after 30+ years of practice. Now resourceful & resolved to share with you all the tools to take care of your health & vitality!

In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger, FCAH, RBHT (facilitator and retired naturopath with 30+ years of practice) speaks Xavier Roman shared his journey of discovering his healing abilities at age five, when he healed a crying mother and child by channeling a white light. He recounted his near-death experience during appendicitis surgery, where he observed the operation and brought himself back to life.

For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/xavier-roman

Highlights from today's episode include:

Xavier discovered his healing abilities as a child and continued to develop them, often helping others without revealing his gift.

Xavier explains a near-death experience profoundly shaped his understanding of healing, and he now demonstrates his energy healing process to help others, as shown during the podcast.

Manon reflects on the healing process, emphasizing the importance of the healer-client relationship and the integration of energetic and traditional therapies for holistic health.

ABOUT XAVIER ROMAN:

My name is Xavier, and I can heal people facing any physical, emotional, or mental health concerns with in-person and distance healing.

My healing abilities emerged at age five and heightened when my mom was in a near-death car accident. That experience allowed me to use my healing capabilities to support her healing journey. My gift of channeling energy to heal became stronger after I experienced an NDE & Near-Death Experience; during emergency surgery in July 2010. I flat lined, witnessed my surgery, and heard the surgeon and assistants as they scattered to bring me back to life. Since then, my body and mind healing techniques have continued to strengthen and emerge.

I’ve met with and continue to help people on a national basis. People with chronic pain, undiagnosed and diagnosed health issues, mental health issues, and more. I’ve also supported individuals who were told they would pass away due to various medical conditions and restored them back to stable health conditions.

Although I’ve never announced my healing abilities at great lengths to others, I’ve been guided to do so now. I truly feel called to connect with those needing healing more than ever.

People may think you need to be a saint or a mystical figure to perform healing. However, I have been presented with this gift and have received thousands of testimonials from my clients on transformations that have occurred through and after healing sessions with me. I welcome the billions of people on this planet to have hope and welcome the power of energy healing into their lives.

Core purpose/passion: I’m passionate about changing people’s lives

For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/greg-lawrence

Transformation, to me, means personal transformation—transforming my experience of life for the better.” (0:08:18)

Greg said: “Mindfulness is the process of noticing things, actively noticing novelty... If you want to be present at any time, you can simply notice what’s around you and notice that you have a body... being present, being mindful, is a process that you strengthen by exercising it over and over again.” (0:28:16)

Manon said: “You get a diagnosis, which you happen to believe, but then you make the diagnosis almost a second layer of a problem to the problem... it’s almost like that has its own speed and life of its own, but you still have the same symptoms otherwise.” (0:12:44)

In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger, FCAH, RBHT (facilitator and retired naturopath with 30+ years of practice) speaks to Randy Lyman about integrating emotional intelligence and spirituality into business, the power of leading from the heart, and how true fulfillment comes from purpose—not just profit.

Highlights from today's episode include:

Randy Lyman

People know that I'm there to support them and help them win, and when they feel safe, they get along better. They don't show up with their guard all protected, right? And they know that I'm there to help them succeed, then they're going to get behind my ideas

Randy Lyman  10:50

And so if I'm a leader, that means I can't get the work done by myself. I have to involve other people, and when I'm able to get the best from the group, then, that gives me power, not from a place of ego, but from a place of being able to accomplish.

Manon Bolliger

And in healing, it's, it's much less structured. But there's really parallels that you can pull from both. And then another thing to notice is that there's, it's also relationship based. So you work with people in your organization the same way you work with clients.

ABOUT RANDY LYMAN:

Randy Lyman, The Purpose-Driven Leader, is a physicist and exited founder who has redefined what it means to create purpose-driven success in the building and growth of his multiple seven-figure companies. Randy combines decades of experience in business with a deep commitment to fostering emotional intelligence and spiritual grounding. His upcoming book, The Third Element, due to be released on March 18, 2025, makes these complex concepts accessible and actionable.
Randy’s entrepreneurial journey began in the technical world of physics and engineering, where he founded and grew a business that became an industry leader. Despite his professional success, he experienced a pivotal moment when he realized that stress and emotional disconnection were holding back his potential and the success of his team. This realization inspired him to focus on cultivating emotional awareness and creating a culture of belonging, which led to dramatic business growth and a renewed sense of purpose.
The Third Element is the culmination of Randy’s insights, offering readers a powerful framework to unlock the full potential of the Law of Attraction. It reveals the missing piece in manifestation that most people overlook—emotions. Randy teaches readers how unhealed emotions may be secretly shaping their reality and how to transform them into their greatest manifesting ally. By healing old wounds and embracing emotional awareness, readers can bridge science and spirituality to create lasting abundance and personal fulfillment.
Today, Randy shares these principles with individuals and organizations seeking clarity, purpose, and transformation. His teachings equip others to harness the power of emotional intelligence, foster meaningful connections, and turn stress into a tool for personal and professional growth. His work is a testament to the idea that when people feel acknowledged and connected, they achieve extraordinary results in all areas of life.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Randy is a craftsman at heart, designing custom motorcycle motors and restoring classic cars—a passion that reflects his love for precision and creativity. Married and deeply committed to his family and community, Randy exemplifies the balance of visionary ambition and grounded authenticity. His mission is to inspire others to heal, connect, and unlock their full potential, proving that the journey to abundance begins with emotional awareness and transformation.

Core purpose/passion: Research shows that at least 75% of leaders lack emotional intelligence which can contribute to poor team performance and success. Randy would like to discuss The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Business Success. He will discuss how addressing emotional wounds and fostering emotional intelligence can lead to measurable business outcomes. He will provide tips on how leaders can practically apply these insights to improve team performance and achieve long-term organizational success.

Apr 23, 2025

In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger, FCAH, RBHT (facilitator and retired naturopath with 30+ years of practice) speaks to Dr. Howard Walsdorf about how the four classical elements—fire, air, water, and earth—form the foundation of Western health and healing, and how integrating this ancient wisdom can support natural living, posture, and overall well-being today.

For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/dr-howard-walsdorf

Highlights from today's episode include:

Dr. Howard Walsdorf  As little as we walk today, we put this soft stuff there to even insulate us even further from drawing that earth principle, as I call it, or forced energy that makes that earth element within us, our bones and our sturdiness quotient, less effective.

Dr. Howard Walsdorf  But let me say this is that the fascia is a connective tissue, and so from a muscular skeletal system, way of perspective is water, is your ligaments and your connective tissue. From another perspective, in this holistic schematics, these patterns, these principles, keep finding places to show up.

Manon Bolliger  22:56

so if you have the right posture, breathing is a non issue, right? We don't think about it anyways. But if you're in the right posture, it's, it's, I would say, even more automatic, but it goes deeper, right?

ABOUT DR. HOWARD WALSDORF:

Dr. Howard Walsdorf is a veteran holistic chiropractic and natural healer, author, speaker, and expert in the ancient wisdom of the four elements and natural living. His latest book, Fire, Air, Water & Earth: Apply an Ancient Wisdom to Your Life; aims to revitalize modern society by introducing a compelling new holistic paradigm for healthier living and healing, integrating the principles embodied by the four elements: fire, air, water and earth. As founder of The Four Element Institute and visionary behind the  Growing Holistically community, Dr. W. is on a mission to inspire and educate people to think, live and heal in more natural ways.

Core purpose/passion: My core purpose/mission is to bring an ancient knowldge back into our time – the Fire, Air, Water & Earth of nature. For over four thousand years the smartest and wisest of many civilizations focused on it. It continuously boggles my mind that few doctors and others are talking about them. I’ve been focused on them for 40 years. They’ve served me well.

Highlights from today's episode include:

Manon Bolliger  06:10

it's like we may have aspirations and dreams and they gave us a direction, but at any moment in time where we're still agents of our own destiny, we can still say, wait a minute, now that I really know what it feels like, it's not quite right for me, right and shift it.

Maria Maldonado Smith  08:19

The three questions are, what do I want? Yeah, it's interesting, because a lot of people don't, can't even answer that question for sure. You ask them, What do you want? I don't know. I don't know. The second one is, who do you want to become?

Maria Maldonado Smith  I also think that there's something beautiful in abandoning goals that no longer work for us. And I don't think that we talk about that enough, because so much of our focus has always been put on, but did you accomplish the goal? But maybe the goal was never meant to be accomplished.

In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger, FCAH, RBHT (facilitator and retired naturopath with 30+ years of practice) speaks to Dr. Nelly Naguib about how Bowen Therapy transformed her medical practice, shifting her approach from conventional medicine to holistic healing and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.

For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/dr-nelly-naguib

Highlights from today's episode include:

Dr. Nelly Naguib  They said Bowen doesn't work. So I will tell these people and challenge them. Just give me 15 minutes of your time, and I will show you that Bowen actually work. And whoever give you this wrong notion is like wrong. And then I remember some of my colleague will have headaches, and I do like the 15 minutes head protocol on them, and they get, Oh, my God, I don't need aspirin now,

Manon Bolliger  I asked him before he passed, you know, what is the most important thing you've learned in all of your practice and in everything that you've done in medicine, you know. And he says to love your patient, you know. And I'm thinking, wow, okay, that's, you don't hear that in the way it is today, you know.

Dr. Nelly Naguib  Bowen therapy is very powerful in the way is I'm giving the body the same sequence every time, and it's up to the body to heal in the way it wants. I'm not pushing the body to do certain things. I'm just giving it a message. But I believe in the innate ability of the body to heal

Mar 27, 2025

In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger, FCAH, RBHT (facilitator and retired naturopath with 30+ years of practice) speaks to Judy Koons about her holistic approach to healing, the Freedom Process, and how somatic breathing techniques help release trauma, stress, and physical tension to restore the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms.

For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/judy-koons

Highlights from today's episode include:

Judy Koons  Tension is accumulation. Tension is the meaning that's been given to the events that have happened in your life, whether big or small on an ongoing basis, and so if you can find the tension in your body, then you're not going to get caught in a mental loop, and you can get that energy moving

Judy Koons  imagine that you actually love going for a hike every single day. You have a beautiful trail just out back, but all that accumulation, it's like rocks, and you have a big old backpack in your on your body, and you've put hundreds of pounds of rocks in that backpack, how easy is it going to be to get out there and do that hike every day?

Manon Bolliger  15:32

it's like you're not dealing with thoughts, with further thoughts. You're basically saying, where's the stuckness in my body? The assumption is it comes from the stories and the added stuff, and then through the breath, through meditation, through presence, I guess all of those things, you're expanding the space,

ABOUT JUDY KOONS:

Judy has been supporting individuals in coming back to true health mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually for decades. You’ll find her using the Freedom Process with individuals choosing to end the war within and returning to the magic of life. She brings new energy, simplicity, and clarity to some of the tougher concepts out there. If you are ready for greater mastery of self and to live life by design then she is ready to show up and point you in an amazing direction. https://daur.co

Core purpose/passion: Core purpose is to help as many individuals as possible come out of struggle and suffering without having to use willpower. Creating space, the accumulation falls away and the true-ness of self is revealed and available to show up. The undoing of the spellbinding is something only we can do and I am here to guide those interested.
