Okay, so here's the thing before you make choices. Yeah, you have to raise your vibration. David Hawkins talks about a consciousness scale, right? Zero to 1000. And these over here are what I'm looking at as low vibe. This is where you have depression, anxiety, shame, blame, frustration, you know, all of that is down here. Then you move up a little bit, and you've got anger. Anger is actually a higher vibration, right? Then apathy, or depression, because if you think when you are depressed or apathetic, you're laying on the couch, and you don't have any energy to move. You get up to anger, you got some energy to move, you can do something a little bit higher for pride, and that's where the Marines are. And that's where it's like, yeah, I can do it. But you go up just a little bit more, where you take responsibility for everything in your life, right? And then you tip over into the high vibe. And then Whoa, watch out. Because once you take responsibility for everything, you're not blaming anybody else.

So even if you're over here, and you're in shame and blame, and you just move a little bit, and then you move a little bit, and then you move a little bit, and then you move a little bit, and then you move a little bit, eventually, you're going to make it up here. Now, some people can be here and go, Whoa, I'm all the way over. But your body isn't used to that. And your body always returns to what it used to. So you go, I'm up here. Well, this is great. I'm having so much fun, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Oh, that headaches gonna bring you back to here. Can you agree? Okay. Now, do I choose to stay here? Nope. I'm moving up again. Do I choose to stay? Nope. Eventually, your low will be what your high used to be.

But it's the feeling I want to go out for dinner, I want to put something on. I can't find the right thing to wear. No, ah, it's all this yuck. What you're actually saying is I'm looking for a feeling. And I'm looking for this outfit to match the feeling right. outfit to give me the feeling with the work that I do. Let's build up the feeling so that you feel really good. And okay, which outfit is going to match that? I'll take that one.

So, in all of my sessions that I do with people, it's basically just, I get them on the table, I call in my guides, I call in my team, I call in my higher self, the galactics, I call in God, Jesus, mother, Mary, the universe, the divine, you know, the galactics, I call them all in, and then their higher self. And then I basically clear their energy. I stage them and then I start my Reiki practice. So, when I'm giving Reiki, my hands, turn like a ball of fire, because the energy I'm allowing myself to become a vessel for the energy to flow through my hands for healing for my, my client. So, when that happens, it's pretty, it's powerful. Like it's overwhelming

So, I balance the chakras, and then do any kind of healing, you know, though, they touch me, so I can feel in a certain area where they need to have healing so in their knee, or, or low back, or, you know, in their abdomen area. I clear their ears, so they can hear the intuitive guidance. I opened the crown chakra so they can receive the divine guidance. The third eye, so that's the same thing so that you have the extra eyes to actually see beyond the veil. So, it's, it's quite amazing. Like, it's a very, it's very relaxing, and I know with my sessions, because the energy that comes in through me is pretty intense. So, most people will I knock them out.

Well, the best way, I would say the best way to regaining your composure of your power of yourself within your chakras is being aligned in alignment with, you know, being grounded. So, the best way to do that, I would say is through your breath. So, when you focus on your breath, and you do like a deep breath into the count of five, and then you blow it out to a count of 10. So, when you do that, at least three times, it brings your energy level from like here, back-to-back to center.

Those things are important, but they're, they're necessary, but probably not sufficient to changing a pattern of anxiety within us, we need to be able to deal with actually what's going on in our consciousness in our thoughts, not just calming, soothing practices. Um, and that we don't, to not judge ourselves, especially as people on the spiritual path who are really committed to like, okay, inner peace and all of that, to not judge ourselves when the anxiety comes up

Absolutely, the first thing that I really try to help the clients and my students to see is that thoughts are not real. We tend to believe that they are, in fact, we don't even we're not even aware that we believe that they are, there's just an unconscious assumption that what I think is real, and it's true.

This is what's real…right here, right now, instead of the mind ruminating over something in the past, or projecting into the future, which a lot of people are doing right now. We're projecting all kinds of fearful things into the future. Right here right now. This is where our calm lies. This is where our awakening lies. Is we're only living in the present moment ever. And our power and our power, absolutely. Our power to change our power to transform our power to choose, right here.
